Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Evaluate daily operations . Monitor revenues to determine labour cost . Monitor staff performance . Plan and organize daily operations. Set staff work schedules. Supervise staff. Train staff. Organize and maintain inventory. Ensure health and safety regulations are followed. Leading/instructing individuals. Address customers' complaints or concerns. Provide customer service. Supervision: 11-15 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Food Safety Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: Electronic cash register. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Standing for extended periods. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?. Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
