Education: College/CEGEP. Tasks: Teach art classes. Create drawings, paintings using materials such as pens, watercolors and oil. Create sculptures, statues and other three-dimensional artwork by shaping and carving. Supervise other artists or apprentices. Teach students art techniques and methods such as drawing, painting, sculping, or other forms of artistic expression . Produce computerized images and drawings. Type of painting and drawing medium: Acrylics. Chalk. Crayons. Ink. Oil colours. Pastels. Pencils. Poster colours or tempera. Charcoal. Water colours. Sculpting, engraving and mold making medium: Clay. EPS foam. Area of work experience: Art studio/school. Personal suitability: Accurate. Initiative. Team player. Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years. Support for persons with disabilities: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for persons with disabilities.
