*This is a Maternity Leave Coverage Position. 12-18 Months Contract with immediate start date.*
*Position Summary:*
Perform administrative support and customer service tasks to ensure efficient operation of office environment.
*Primary Duties & Responsibilities:*
· Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including phone calls, emails, mail and packages.
· Prepare various documents on letterhead and / or Google Drive.
· Submitting orders to vendors and invoices to clients
· Assist inside sales
· Payroll processing
*Required Skills/Competencies:*
· Excellent written and verbal communication in the English language
· Proficient of Microsoft Word and Excel and/or GSuite
· Computer knowledge
· Ability to multi-task and work to deadlines
· Attention to Detail
· Will teach A1 accounting software
Assist employer in a wheelchair with lunch preparation, dishes, office cleaning and dictation
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $750.00 per week
