The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented individual with outstanding communication skills and a strong dedication to customer service. This role presents an exciting opportunity to embark on a career with a reputable and expanding company.</p><p>Job Description:<br />? Respond promptly to incoming calls and emails from clients to generate quotes, process orders, and coordinate dispatches nationwide.<br />? Research and identify the specific equipment or specialists required for each request and coordinate operations accordingly.<br />? Provide courteous and informative customer support, showcasing a comprehensive understanding of our services and capabilities.<br />? Collaborate with team members to address and resolve any significant client issues, such as delays or delivery difficulties.<br />? Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction, monitor job progress, and promptly address any concerns.<br />? Participate in limited on-call service rotations with compensation.<br />? Availability to work on-call rotations as required.</p><p>Qualities:<br />? Customer-oriented with a service-first mindset.<br />? Tech-savvy and adaptable to new software and systems.<br />? Outgoing and personable, with strong interpersonal skills.<br />? Motivated and proactive, demonstrating a strong work ethic.<br />? Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively.<br />? Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.</p><p>Required Qualifications:<br />? High school diploma or equivalent experience.<br />? Min. 1 to 3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or call center environments.<br />? Proficiency in English; ability to communicate in French is preferred.<br />? If you have experience in retail, facilities management, or construction, it would be considered advantageous for this role.</p><p>Job Type: Full-time<br />Pay: Starting $37,400.00 per year</p><p>Benefits (After Probation Period):<br />? Medical and Dental benefits<br />? Vacation Benefits<br />Schedule:<br />? Mon to Fri 8:30 - 5:00pm<br />? Potential for alternative shifts: Wed-Sun (normal office hours) or Mon-Fri 12:30-9:00 pm<br />? On-call rotations<br />Supplemental Pay Types:<br />?
