TEAMS Transport is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Assistant for our busy Winnipeg Terminal.
*Job Description*
* Enter shipments
* Tracing updates
* Assisting with customer communications
* Verifying shipper/receiver profiles
* Booking delivery Appointments
* Booking outside lumpers if required
* Assisting with Administrative tasks
* At Risk shipment review
* Service Failure reporting
* Customer shipment reporting
* Priority shipment reporting
* Maintaining customer profiles
* Assisting with problem solving
* Holiday & break coverage
*Candidate Qualifications*
* High degree of organization and accuracy
* Proficient in Microsoft office
* Strong time management and follow up skills
* Strong trouble shooting and problem-solving skills
* Strong Interpersonal skills
* Good telephone manner/skills
* Two years customer service experience
* Fluent in English
* Completed High School or equivalent
* Secondary Education is an asset
