*Overview* We are seeking a dedicated Housekeeping supervisor to oversee and lead our housekeeping team in maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our establishment. The ideal candidate will have a strong industrial cleaning, and hospitality services background. We also support the immigration process for eligible candidate. *Responsibilities* - Develop and implement housekeeping procedures and protocols to ensure cleanliness standards are met - Manage and train housekeeping staff, including scheduling and performance evaluations - Inspect rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness meets company standards - Coordinate with other departments to address housekeeping needs and guest requests promptly - Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, placing orders as needed - Handle customer complaints and special requests with professionalism and efficiency *Experience* - 1 to 2 years experience in a housekeeping management role in hospitality industry. - Knowledge of industrial cleaning practices and techniques - Strong leadership and organizational skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment - Certification in hospitality management is a plus If you are a detail-oriented individual with a passion for cleanliness and team leadership, we invite you to apply for the Housekeeping supervisor position at our establishment.
