*Accounts Payable Administrator - General Office Administrator*
At Heart Industries Ltd. the Accounts Payable Administrator is a pivotal role responsivbe for managing the financial transactions of the company. For Accounts Payable, tasks include processing invoices, ensuring accurate coding, managing the AP email and maintaining positive vendor relations. This role reports to the Finance Manager.
*Accounts Payable Responsibilities:*
Process vendor invoices accurately and efficiently including freight on a timely basis.
Match, verify and reconcile invoices with purchase orders and receipts
Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies and ensure timely payments
Maintain organized records and contribute to closing activities
Maintain vendor files and manage vendor relations, including timely communications and dispute resolution.
Adhere to company policies and regulatory requirements
*Additional Responsibilities may include:*
Supporting order entry as needed
Supporting customer service as needed
Supporting reception duties as needed
Additional general administrative tasks as needed
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
* 8 hour shift
* Day shift
* Monday to Friday
Experience:
* vendor management: 5 years
* Accounts payable: 5 years
