Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Monitor quality and production levels. Prepare and submit progress and other reports. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Evaluate work environments, programs and procedures to control, eliminate, and prevent disease or injury. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: More than 20 people. Security guards. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Occupational Health and Safety Certificate. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driver's validity licence check. Driving record check (abstract). Basic security clearance. Enhanced reliability security clearance. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
