Tasks

  • Produce informational materials to increase awareness of services available
  • Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material
  • Answer inquiries and provide information to customers
  • Explain the type and cost of services offered

  • Supervise staff or team
  • Maintain inventory of stored material
  • Supervise postal activities
