Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Tasks: Clear and collect brush and debris from fields, pens and other work areas. Consider water saturation, light and temperature when planning for crop growth and development. Cut agricultural crops. Develop specific plans to prioritize. Direct agricultural crops deleafing activities. Divide fresh harvested produce into marketable lots and non-marketable lots. Mixing fertilizer. Organize tasks to accomplish the work. Oversee the activities of clearing the fields. Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
