Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Urban area. Tasks: Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD). Create two-dimensional (2-D) drawings with computer-aided design (CAD). Analyze technical documents and reports. Prepare working drawings. Construct architectural and display models. Assist in design development. Prepare presentation graphics and drawings. Supervision: Working groups. Computer and technology knowledge: AutoCAD. Autodesk REVIT. MS Excel. MS Outlook. MS Word. SketchUp. Area of work experience: Design. Architectural specialization: Commercial and/or industrial construction. Residential construction. Transportation/travel information: Own vehicle. Valid driver's licence. Willing to travel regularly. Public transportation is available. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Repetitive tasks. Attention to detail.
