Under the direction of the Secretary-Treasurer, the Manager of Information Technology plays a vital role in ensuring our vision, mission and values are executed. In this Information Technology role, the Manager of Information Technology: Supports effective use of technology to maximize twenty-first century student learning;<p> Ensures each student is provided with a welcoming, caring, respectful and safe learning environment that respects <p> diversity and fosters a sense of belonging;<p> Provides exceptional technology service management for the district and strong human resources management for <p> Information Technology staff; and<p> Plays an active role in fiscal and asset management for Information Technology in the district.Responsibilities see detailed job descriptionSpecific Candidate Qualifications Bachelors degree in computer science or relevant post-secondary education, or equivalent of education and work <p> experience. <p> Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience, preferably in a public sector or large complex organization. <p> Considerable experience and success with integrating new technologies and methodologies into a large organization. SalaryThe recruiting salary range for this role is $89,376 - $111,721. When determining salary, years of education and experience will be considered.
