Maintains inventory and cost controls for the dining room, housekeeping, laundry and maintenance departments. Prepares weekly and monthly reports (indicators, audits, expenses, etc.) as required. Presents food service-related education sessions as required to facility staff. Initiates requests for equipment repair and/or replacement as necessary. About You In addition to placing high value on continuous improvement, collaboration and accountability, you bring: 3-5 years of experience in the hospitality industry 2 years of management experience in food service, housekeeping, laundry and/or maintenance Skill in the use of personal computers and related software applications. Knowledge of principles of sanitation, health and safety practices pertaining to food service delivery Knowledge of infection control and prevention best practices Knowledge of basic building maintenance best practices Ability to supervise and train assigned staff including organizing, prioritizing, and scheduling work assignments.
