Mixers are responsible for scaling and mixing ingredients to produce sweet dough and /or batters of specified flavours, textures and/or colour in accordance with specific recipe guidelines. Bakers ensure timely baking and cooling of Treasure Mills' baked products while maintaining quality control and an organized production facility. For Mixing: Pre-scale (weigh) ingredients with a high degree of precision Dump weighed ingredients into mixing machine by following the instructions on the recipe Must learn to understand how each ingredient affects the dough Ensure that all ingredients are properly stored and kept fresh Record production and test data for each food product batch, such as the ingredient used, temperature, pH, viscosity, lot number, and end time For Baking: Carefully pre-heat- LocationAurora, ON
