<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>OPERATIONS COORDINATOR</strong></span></p><p>Our well-established client is looking for a candidate to fill an<span> </span><strong>Operations Coordinator</strong><span> </span>position. This is a<span> </span><strong>full-time temporary contract</strong><span> </span>for an<span> </span><strong>undetermined</strong><span> </span>duration starting as soon as possible.</p><p></p><p><strong>Localization</strong>: Ville St-Laurent, QC.</p><p><strong>Salary:</strong><span> </span>$22/h to $26.5/h, according to experience.</p><p><strong>Schedule:</strong><span> </span>Monday to Friday, hybrid position. Flexible work schedule, to facilitate international virtual meetings.</p><p><strong></strong></p><p><strong>Tasks:</strong></p><ul><li>Assist with Inventory Control help desk issues to resolve identified inventory issues and discrepancies.</li><li>Process all orders to send to the distribution facility.</li><li>Verify inventory availabilities.</li><li>Deal with logistics: routing orders via EDI or Retailer portals.</li><li>Pro-actively open-order files by account indicating current routing issues & actions/EDC dates.</li><li>Weekly review of results with Sales teams.</li><li>Actively work to achieve on-time delivery metrics (OTIF).</li><li>Escalate issues and identify solutions.</li><li>Research compliance related deductions/errors and participate in cross-functional efforts to implement corrective actions.</li><li>Assist in the review and research of all disputes rejected claims to determine next steps.</li></ul><p></p><p>If you are a professional passionate about coordinating operations, optimizing business processes, and maintaining strong internal controls, we encourage you to apply for the position of Operations Coordinator.
