At Condor Security, you will develop skills that will last a lifetime through training and professional development opportunities while protecting people and their communities. *Condor Security is hiring for a Luxury Hotel Concierge for a luxury condo in Toronto, ON* This is an opportunity for energetic, personable, communicative people to be part of the *BEST* and *HIGHEST PAYING* concierge, security, and hospitality teams in Toronto. *Why Should You Work with Us?* * Above-industry average wages & compensation structure *$18 - $20 per hour!* * Health and benefits package option*.* * In-detail training provided to the right candidates * Join the best, most professional concierge, security, and hospitality team in Toronto. * Room for growth based on work performance and ability to meet expectations. * Opportunities to continually upgrade security-related knowledge and abilities through training initiatives and employee recognition programs. * Company phone will be provided as part of a work tool to help meet objectives. * You will be in a luxury setting and provide customer service to interesting people * Consumer Choice Award *What You?ll Do as a Luxury Hotel Concierge:* * Front desk Concierge customer service and administrative tasks * Continuously build a professional reputation * Effective communication and conflict resolution * Ensure property rules and regulations are upheld * Provide support to Property Management, Contractors, and other property staff as required * Professional attitude towards training (e.g., how to handle emergency conditions, communications training) *What You?ll Bring to the Team:* * Excellent customer service skills * Proven customer service experience of 2 or more years * Enthusiastic about working as part of a responsible and capable team * Outgoing personality who enjoys interaction with people at a professional level * Standard First Aid and Level "C" CPR certification is an advantage * Other industry-recognized certifications or experience is an advantage * Works effectively and handles multiple situations simultaneously while providing quality service * *If you are applying for a part-time position, a minimum commitment of 30 hours per week is required.* *About Us:* *We are an award-winning company!!
