Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Scent free. Work setting: Employer's home. Work in employer's/client's home. Tasks: Assume full responsibility for household in absence of parents. Perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties. Bathe, dress and feed infants and children. Keep records of daily activities and health information regarding children. Maintain a safe and healthy environment in the home. Supervise and care for children. Tend to emotional well-being of children. Target audience: Children. Experience with special needs children: Autistic children. Children with Down syndrome. Children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) or attention deficit disorder (ADD). Security and safety: Criminal record check. Reference required. Vulnerable sector check.
