Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Fitting. Assembly. Industrial equipment and automation manufacturing. Tasks: Fit and assemble prefabricated metal parts to build heavy industrial machinery. Read blueprints to determine work requirements . Move and align subassemblies and components. Install major components such as gears, pumps, motors or hydraulic assemblies. Equipment and machinery experience: Hydraulic components. Heavy machinery manufacturing. Equipment, eystems and controls experience: Building system. Security and safety: Driver's validity licence check. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own transportation. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Physically demanding. Attention to detail. Own tools/equipment: Tools. Steel-toed safety boots. Personal suitability: Reliability. Team player. Screening questions: Are you currently a student?. Do you currently reside in proximity to the advertised location?. Do you have previous experience in this field of employment?.
