*Overview*
We are seeking a dynamic Studio Manager to join our team. The Studio Manager will play a crucial role in overseeing the daily operations of our studio, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.
*Responsibilities*
* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the MiniMakers location you are assigned to. Ensuring a high standard of service and operational efficiency.
* Manage staff on a day to day basis, through ensuring the 6-1 instructor student ratio is maintained, ensuring staff on site are properly utilizing their time to achieve studio objectives.
* Hire and train staff, fostering a safe, fun, and respectful working environment.
* Optimize budget and resource allocation to achieve quarterly financial objectives.
* Monitor the programs in the Studio and collaborate with curriculum developers to make adjustments through suggestions where you see necessary.
* Maintain and foster relationships and communications with parents, students, and members of the community.
* Collaborate with marketing team to ensure successful return on marketing campaigns related to your studio .
* Maximize studio growth, through developing and implementing business development programs and opportunities (parents night, chess club, etc)
* Maintaining records or documentation as required.
* Ensuring the completion opening and closing procedures for the MiniMakers studio.
* General studio duties shared by all employees (sanitizing, cleaning, restocking, reporting, inventory, general maintenance, etc.).
* Maintaining, Improving, the experience and brand within the studio (refreshing signage, decorations, props, and other materials).
* Managing the POS and handling sales transactions.
* When required off-site course delivery for special events (e.g. school presentations, fairs, etc.),
* When required operate MiniMakers Vehicles for purposes of regular Makers Club daily pick ups.
* General support for other undefined reasonable associated tasks within the studio.
* Participate in marketing sprints that include, but are not limited to phone, text, and email outreach.
*Experience*
- Proven experience in educational environments, or retail stores
- Strong background in sales, recruiting, and training development
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash handling procedures
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
