Job details
Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. Dusty. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Help medical examiner in charge. Level earth to fine grade specifications. Pave and rake asphalt. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Personal protective equipment (PPE) training. Construction Safety Training Systems (CSTS) Certificate. Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification. Traffic Control Signage (TWS) Certification. Driver's License (Class 3 or D). First Aid Certificate. CPR Certificate. Equipment and machinery experience: Bobcats. Concrete vibrators. Screeds. Reciprocating saws. Circular saws. Concrete saws. Grinding machine. Chippers. Air guns. Drills. Trampers (Jumping Jack). Small front end loaders. Chain saw. Compactor. Forklift. Sledgehammer.
