We are looking for an experienced individual who appreciates continual learning and personal growth while utilizing their skillset to execute their position with efficiency and finesse. This EA position will work directly with the GM who oversees all parts of the business including, farm, production, marketing, retail, and newly opened restaurant facility. You will be the ?right-hand person? to help advance the company initiatives and goals. You will filter the day-to-day functions so that the GM can focus on high-level leadership and strategy of the business. The ideal candidate needs to have experience in at least a full-time supervisory position for at least 3 years. This experience can be in any field of work. *Skills Required:* - Excellent written & verbal communication skills - Time-management skills - Ability to pay attention to detail - Problem-solving skills - Organization skills - Ability to multitask - Strong understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) - Interpersonal Skills Duties include anything and everything that is assigned. This can range from something simple such as entering/analyzing data from QuickBooks, to negotiating with vendors, to handling HR concerns. The purpose of this role is to assist the GM in ensuring a smooth running of all facets of the business. We value work life balance and also understand every person?s work life balance looks differently than others. This position works directly with the GM who works regular day time hours, but is available on evenings/weekends should there be matters to be resolved. The candidate that would best fit us is one that can match with the GM. You will bring your skillset to help you succeed in this position, but moreoever, this position will teach you immensely on how to operate a business with honesty, professionalism and collaboration.
