Education: Bachelor's degree. Tasks: Develop production schedules and duty assignments to ensure proper functioning. Evaluate daily operations . Maintain an inventory of raw materials and finished products to prevent shortages. Plan and organize daily operations. Read blueprints and drawings. Develop equipment maintenance schedules and recommend the replacement of machines. Direct quality control inspections. Hire, supervise and train or oversee training of employees in the use of new equipment or production techniques. Plan and implement changes to machinery and equipment, production systems and methods of work. Plan and manage the establishment of departmental budget. Supervision: 16-20 people. Transportation/travel information: Valid driver's licence. Own vehicle. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Attention to detail.
