Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Food safety/handling skills. Transport raw materials, finished products and packaging materials. Measure and dump ingredients into hoppers of mixing and grinding machines. Manually pack goods into bags and boxes or other containers. Check products and packaging for basic quality defects. Clean machines and immediate work areas. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Standing for extended periods. Fast-paced environment. Physically demanding. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Support for youths: Provides awareness training to employees to create a welcoming work environment for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers .- LocationWinnipeg, MB
