Responsibilities
Tasks

Identify current and prospective staffing requirements

Prepare and post notices and advertisements

Advise job applicants on employment requirements and terms and conditions of employment

Advise managers and employees on staffing policies and procedures

Advise clients on advertising or sales promotion strategies

Act as spokesperson for an organization

Plan, develop and implement communication strategies

Perform basic bookkeeping tasks

Answer written and oral inquiries

Oversee payroll administration

Gather, research and prepare communications material

Co-ordinate special publicity events and promotions
