Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Manufacturing or processing industry. Tasks: Supervise staff or team. Project management. Inspect workplaces for safety or health hazards. Coaching. Set up and adjust production machineries/tools. Consult with client, engineers or production specialists to establish product requirements. Help with scheduling and workflow. Manage incidents. Supervision: 11-15 people. Documentation knowledge: Accident or incident reports. Area of work experience: Material handling. Type of industry experience: Custom machining. Security and safety: Eligible for professional liability insurance. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation.
