Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Noisy. Odours. Dusty. Hot. At heights. Confined spaces. Tasks: Operate machines or equipment or use hand tools to cut, shape, splice and fit plastic materials to form parts and assemblies. Assemble composite materials on patterns to form parts and assemblies. Inspect manufactured plastic products for defects and conformance to specifications and quality standards. Mark and re-route defective products for repair or recycle. Make minor adjustments or repairs to products. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Repetitive tasks. Handling heavy loads. Physically demanding. Manual dexterity. Attention to detail. Hand-eye co-ordination. Sitting. Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Bending, crouching, kneeling. Fast-paced environment. Own tools/equipment: Steel-toed safety boots. Screening questions: Are you available for the advertised start date?.
