Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Agricultural machinery. Work setting: Rural area. Willing to relocate. Relocation costs covered by employer. Retail/wholesale establishment/distribution centre. Tasks: Direct and control daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Manage staff and assign duties. Plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration. Conduct performance reviews. Supervision: 5-10 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Spreadsheet. MS Outlook.
