Education: College/CEGEP. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Assign health care workers to specific projects and programs. Coordinate the delivery of health care services within the department. Direct and control daily operations . Plan and control budget and expenditures. Plan and organize daily operations. Hire, train, direct and motivate staff. Co-ordinate work of doctors, nurses and other staff. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : CPR Certificate. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Security and safety: Immunization records. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Attention to detail. Repetitive tasks.
