Assess requirements of an establishment to develop specifications for equipment, materials and supplies to be purchased. Negotiate offers from suppliers. Consult with suppliers. Review quotations. Determine contract terms and conditions. Monitor progress of delivery schedules. Contact clients and suppliers to resolve problems.
