Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Work setting: Campground. Tasks: Arrange for maintenance and repair work. Assist clients/guests with special needs. Be the point of contact when in need to handle emergency situations. Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments. Oversee cleaning of specialty and difficult items. Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies. Resolve work problems, provide technical advice and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality. Supervise, co-ordinate and schedule (and possibly review) activities of workers. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures and company policies. Establish work schedules and procedures. Supervision: 1 to 2 people. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Combination of sitting, standing, walking. Standing for extended periods. Personal suitability: Client focus. Efficient interpersonal skills. Excellent oral communication. Flexibility. Initiative. Judgement. Organized. Reliability. Team player.
