Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. or equivalent experience. Work setting: Willing to relocate. Tasks: Consult with clients to develop and document Website requirements. Write, modify, integrate and test software code. Prepare mock-ups and storyboards. Communicate technical problems, processes and solutions. Prepare reports, manuals and other documentation on the status, operation and maintenance of software. Source, select and organize information for inclusion and design the appearance, layout and flow of the Website. Assist in the collection and documentation of user's requirements. Create and optimize content for Website using a variety of graphics, database, animation and other software. Research and evaluate a variety of software products. Conduct tests and perform security and quality controls. Computer and technology knowledge: HTML. CSS. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Offers workshops, counselling services or other resources to help Veterans navigate their transition into the civilian workforce (for example: adapting to different organizational structures) . Supports Veterans in translating their military skills and experience into the language of the civilian job market . Support for Indigenous people: Provides cultural competency training and/or awareness training to all employees to create a welcoming work environment for Indigenous workers . Supports for visible minorities: Applies hiring policies that discourage discrimination against members of visible minorities (for example: anonymizing the hiring process, etc.). Offers mentorship programs that pair members of visible minorities with experienced employees.
