Job details
Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Work site environment: Non-smoking. Work setting: Optional accommodation available at no charge on a live-in basis. Note: This is NOT a condition of employment. Employer's home. Tasks: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors. Dust furniture. Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture. Make beds and change sheets. Distribute clean towels and toiletries. Stock linen closet. Clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances. Pick up debris and empty trash containers. Assist clients with bathing and other aspects of personal hygiene. Launder clothing and household linens. Mend clothing and linens. Wash windows, walls and ceilings. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Public transportation is available. Weight handling: Up to 9 kg (20 lbs). Personal suitability: Punctuality. Initiative. Honesty.
