Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Perform administrative tasks. Recruit and hire staff. Respond to enquiries from members of the business community concerning development opportunities. Conduct comparative research on marketing strategies for industrial and commercial products. Act as spokesperson for an organization. Assist in the preparation of brochures, reports, newsletters and other material. Gather, research and prepare communications material. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions. Develop marketing strategies. Develop and implement business plans. Write and edit press releases, newsletter and communications materials. Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support. Area of specialization: Communications. Brand management. Digital media. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Fast-paced environment. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports social and labour market integration of newcomers and/or refugees (for example: facilitating access to community resources, language training, skills training, etc.). Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Offers mentorship programs that pair newcomers and/or refugees with experienced employees . Support for youths: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for youth. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers .
