Monitor and adjust contract expenditures. Liaise, consult and communicate with engineers, architects, owners, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates. Computer and technology knowledge: Estimating packages. Take-off packages. Scheduling packages. Spreadsheet. MS Excel. MS Word. MS PowerPoint. Type of experience: Commercial and/or industrial construction. Industrial construction. Institutional construction. Residential construction. Project size estimating experience: $100,001 - $500,000. $500,001 - $1,500,000. Area of work experience: Purchasing, procurement and contracts. Project coordination.
