You will be responsible for assessing patients' conditions, creating personalized treatment plans, and implementing effective therapeutic techniques to aid in their recovery.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><p>- Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical condition and medical history</p><p>- Develop personalized treatment plans based on assessment findings</p><p>- Provide hands-on therapy and utilize appropriate therapeutic techniques</p><p>- Educate patients on exercises and techniques for self-management and prevention</p><p>- Monitor and document patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary</p><p>- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within our clinic to provide comprehensive care</p><p>- Stay updated with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and integrate them into practice</p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p><p>- Degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution</p><p>- Active registration and in good standing with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario</p><p>- Proven experience as a physiotherapist, preferably in a clinic or healthcare setting</p><p>- Strong knowledge of <span class="long-word">neuromusculoskeletal</span> conditions</p><p>- Proficiency in developing personalized treatment plans and implementing appropriate therapeutic techniques</p><p>- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills</p><p>- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team</p><p>- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care</p><p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><p>- Competitive split</p><p>-Full front-desk admin support (electronic booking system, direct billing, MVA/WSIB)</p><p>-Well established clinic book of business</p><p>- Opportunities for professional growth and development</p><p>- Supportive and collaborative work environment</p><p>- State-of-the-art facility including, but not limited to: a full functioning gym and equipment, turf, private treatment rooms as well as open-concept areas, modalities</p></div></div>
