 Closing Date (MM/DD/YYYY):07/09/2024 Worker Type:Permanent Language(s) Required:English Salary Range (plus eligible to receive a performance based incentive, applicable to position) :$103,331 - $139,803Strategic corporate expertise rewardedProvide professional advice and support to Executive Vice-President and Chief Human Resources Officer including drafting presentations and speeches, and co-ordinating key initiatives and strategies. What you’ll do:Handle critical or high-priority incoming items as the first point of contact for the Vice-PresidentAnalyze and critique requests, approvals and reports on behalf of the Vice-PresidentRepresent the executive officeLead performance review process for the entire Human Resources divisionOversee strategic initiatives and projects within the Human Resources divisionPrepare the Vice-President for external and internal speaking, and meetingsManage, forecast, prepare and review the divisional budget What we’re looking for:Proven leader who easily builds and maintains relationshipsAnalytical thinker adept at analyzing financial management theories and financial informationConfident communicator with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSolid organizational and time management skills What you’ll need:Undergraduate degree in business, communications, public relations or agriculture and at least seven years of progressive experience (or an equivalent combination of education and experience)
