ASAP Avionics is a leading avionics installation center specializing in Garmin avionics. We pride ourselves on providing top-notch service and products to our customers, focusing on Garmin G3X kits for various aircraft, including the Cessna 182. We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Outside Sales Representative to join our team and help drive our sales efforts.
*Job Description:* As an Outside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our Avionics G3X kits. You will leverage your technical knowledge and sales skills to engage with potential customers, understand their needs, and provide tailored solutions. Your primary goal will be to increase sales and market presence for our G3X kits.
MUST HAVE SOME TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE OF AVIONICS\*\*\*
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets for the G3X kit.
* Identify and engage with potential customers, including aircraft owners, pilots, and aviation businesses.
* Conduct thorough product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the features and benefits of the G3X kit.
* Provide expert knowledge and technical support regarding all components of the G3X kit, including displays, sensors, autopilots, and other related equipment.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities.
* Collaborate with the installation team to ensure seamless integration and customer satisfaction.
* Prepare and deliver accurate sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to management.
*Qualifications:*
* Proven experience in outside sales, preferably in the aviation or avionics industry.
* In-depth knowledge of Garmin components and avionics systems.
* Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex avionics products.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated with a strong drive for results and the ability to work independently.
* Ability to travel as needed to meet with customers and attend industry events.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Aviation, or a related field is preferred.
