We are a brokerage located in Scarborough that is looking for a Real Estate Administrative Assistant who can join our team. This is a part time position that requires you to come to the office.There will be many opportunities to elevate your career here with leadership roles.
*Qualifications: *
* 1 year working in a real estate setting
* Knowledge of MS Office and Google Workplace
* Experience researching comparables for properties
* Experience using systems such as TRREB, Broker Bay and WEBForms/ Authentisign
*Responsible for:*
Transaction Coordination
* Handling agents? paperwork and keeping it up to date
* Preparing offers and overseeing conditions have been fulfilled
* Coordinating with co-op or listing agents
* Must have experience using a transaction management system
Client Experience
* Calling clients and interacting with clients with general questions
* Confirm checklist are completed with each client to ensure highest level of customer experience
* Ensuring satisfaction with the client?s overall experience
