*About the Role*
We are looking for a passionate and motivated *Account Manager *to develop our client portfolio across Canada. In this role, you will be a key player in expanding and strengthening Yapla's share of the Canadian market. You will work within the sales team to attract new clients, sell projects with our professional services team and work closely with the marketing team in order to define and execute an acquisition strategy.
The role of our professional services is to offer added value in the digital transformation of our clients and allow them to go through it in a smooth fashion by providing a true and tested approach. Our services notably include website design and development, analysis and counseling, configuration and training, change management and more.
*Main Responsibilities*
* Develop and implement a strategic account management plan to achieve revenue targets.
* Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
* Conduct in-depth competitor research and analysis to position Yapla advantageously.
* Participate in professional fairs, webinars, trade shows and other events to represent Yapla.
* Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted and relevant campaigns for the anglophone market across Canada.
* Foster strong relationships with other departments within Yapla (Marketing, Sales, Customer Success, Product) to ensure a cohesive client experience.
* Provide precise feedback to the product development team to help in the continuous improvement of the platform.
We are looking for a highly motivated person who can help us expand our presence on the Canadian market and who has the ability to work effectively in a collaborative and dynamic environment. Your mission will be crucial in driving Yapla towards sustained growth and increased presence across Canada.
*Required Qualifications*
* 3-5 years of experience selling web projects or working in web development.
* Alternatively, 3-5 years of experience selling SaaS implementation projects.
* Perfect mastery of English, both spoken and written. Knowledge of French is necessary.
* Degree in business, marketing, communication, or related field.
* Significant experience in client account management, ideally in the technology or non-profit sector.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work autonomously and take initiative.
* Ability to integrate a team and collaborate with others.
* Knowledge of CRM and sales tracking tools, experience with Hubspot is a plus.
* Candidates must be eligible to work in Canada. This includes being a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or holding a valid work permit.
