Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Oversee payroll administration. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate daily operations. Supervision: 3-4 people. Computer and technology knowledge: Point of sale system. Inventory control software. Computerized bookkeeping system. Spreadsheet. Adobe Acrobat Reader. MS Outlook. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Tight deadlines. Handling heavy loads.
