*Position Overview:* We are seeking a dynamic and driven Account Manager to join our Sales team. In this role, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge services and our valued clients, both current and prospective. Your mission will be to cultivate strong business relationships, drive sales growth, and contribute to the overall success of MYC Media. If you are a self-starter with a passion for sales and a knack for building lasting relationships, we want to hear from you.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Develop and maintain robust business relationships with new and existing clients through direct and frequent communication.
* Manage key accounts with a focus on growth and client satisfaction.
* Initiate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers across various industries.
* Identify and source prospective clients to achieve business targets.
* Generate new business leads through promotional mailers, cold calling, hosting events, and other creative methods.
* Conduct remote interactions, presentations, and demos to showcase our offerings.
* Ensure client satisfaction by developing strong working relationships and addressing any concerns promptly.
* Keep the Management Team informed of business development activities and any issues.
* Visit and travel to client offices and job sites as required.
* Support company initiatives and business development objectives.
*What You Bring to the Table:*
* Proven experience in B2B sales, business development, and account management.
* Post-secondary education is considered an asset.
* Experience in printing and/or online marketing is highly desirable.
* Retail sales experience is welcomed.
* Strong ability to establish and build relationships.
* Excellent communication skills.
* Self-directed with excellent organizational and time management skills.
* Proficiency in MS Office.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
* Willingness to learn the entire scope of our business, from printing to online marketing.
*Compensation:*
* Base Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 (based on experience)
* Commission: Up to 7%
