We provide superior medical care for patients who recognize the significance of convenience. *Responsibilities:* * Deliver exceptional primary care to a diverse panel of patients, conducting comprehensive health assessments and physical examinations. * Order and interpret diagnostic tests, including laboratory work and imaging studies, to diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses, injuries, and conditions. * Prescribe medications and therapies within the scope of practice, monitoring patient response and adjusting treatment plans accordingly. * Provide patient education on disease prevention, management, and overall health promotion. * Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care, making referrals, as necessary. * Perform medical procedures within the scope of practice. * Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records, ensuring seamless quality patient care and continuity of treatment. *Skills:* * *Mission-driven:* Passionate about contributing to the mission and vision of our healthcare team. * *Execution-oriented:* Demonstrates a strong ability and commitment to executing tasks to the highest standard. * *Highly organized:* Manages multiple projects with attention to detail and strong prioritization skills. * *Strong communicator:* Effectively communicates complex ideas in a clear and easy-to-understand manner. * *Highly collaborative:* Works effectively with a cross-functional team, demonstrating excellent interpersonal skills. * Experience with diverse patient populations, including children, adults, and seniors. * Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering positive relationships with patients and colleagues alike. *Compensation:* * Base Pay $ 140,000/- per year. * Participation in Bonus plan up to $ 50,000/- per year. * Extended health benefits provided through Canada Life.
