So where do you fit in? We are looking for someone to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative!
We are looking for someone who is a self-starter, ambitious and will do what it takes to get the job done. We are all about creating an environment that is fun, supportive and collaborative, because we're in it together!
*Job Responsibilities*
* Answer inbound customer calls and provide efficient and friendly customer service.
* Communicate with customers via phone, email, and live chat regarding customer inquiries, requests, or concerns.
* Input customers? orders into internal system.
* Find solutions to customer issues and requests in a timely and professional manner.
* Following processes and working as part of a team to ensure smooth operation throughout the day.
*Qualifications*
* Post-secondary degree/diploma
* 1-2 years of experience in customer service / office administration.
* Software proficiency in MS Office software (mainly Excel), Gmail, and Google Sheets, with adaptability to learn new applications.
* Strong organizational, time-management and communication skills.
* High sense of initiative and ability to prioritize and multi-task.
* Team-player with a personable and friendly personality.
* Demonstrated aptitude for problem-solving.
* Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Excellent command of spoken and written English.
