Answer written and oral inquiries. Conduct public opinion and attitude surveys. Design, conduct and analyze quantitative and qualitative research projects. Conduct online marketing, E-commerce and Website promotions. Solicit event donors. Review bids and negotiate costs. Research and design special events programs. Prepare, present and manage budgets. Plan for required documentation and for pre- and post-distribution of documentation (itineraries, evaluations etc.). Plan for traffic and crowd control and security.
