Clark Public School<p>FTE 1.0 <p>Start Date August 26, 2024<p>Closing Date June 30, 2024<p> <p>Dr. Clark Public School is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our instructional team in the role of Grade 6 Teacher.<p> <p>Requirements: <p><p> Bachelor of Education<p><p> <p>Desired Qualifications/Skills: <p> <p><p> Strong collaborative team player and a positive staff member<p> Experience teaching in elementary grades is considered an asset<p> Commitment to providing individualized attention to all students<p> Have an ability to design and implement Individual Program Plans<p> Have demonstrated ability in creating a classroom characterized by inclusion, equity and differentiated instruction.<p> Demonstrate a commitment to continuous professional growth <p> Be prepared to work in a collaborative setting to reach the goals in the School Assurance Plan during Professional Learning Fridays and beyond<p> Possess superior organizational and interpersonal skills<p> Have Training in The Leader in Me (TLIM) OR be willing to participate in training provided <p> Knowledge of Regulated Classroom strategies or willing to participate in professional learning<p> Be open to new programs and initiatives<p> Be a reflective practitioner<p> Recognize the importance of making a strong, positive connection with all students, through classroom interactions as well as involvement with students outside the classroom.
