Swift-net.ca is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Consultant to join our team, specializing in commercial internet sales and VoIP phone solutions. As a Sales Consultant, you will play a critical role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new commercial clients, nurturing existing customer relationships, and providing tailored communication solutions that meet their unique business needs.

- \*\*Sales and Business Development:\*\*
- Identify and target potential commercial clients through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets for commercial internet and VoIP phone solutions.
- Conduct needs assessments to understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.
- \*\*Client Relationship Management:\*\*
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Act as a trusted advisor, offering insights and recommendations to optimize client communication systems.
- \*\*Product Knowledge and Demonstrations:\*\*
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in commercial internet and VoIP technologies.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our solutions.
- Assist clients with product selection and customization to meet their specific business needs.

- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Prepare and present proposals, contracts, and pricing agreements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, pipeline status, and client interactions in the CRM system.

- Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and customer service, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Provide feedback and insights to the marketing team to support the development of targeted campaigns and materials.
- Participate in training sessions and team meetings to share knowledge and best practices.

- Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the telecommunications or technology sector.
- Strong understanding of commercial internet services and VoIP phone systems.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
