Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll. Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Post journal entries. Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports. Prepare trial balance of books. Reconcile accounts. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Excel. MS PowerPoint. MS Word. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Ability to work independently. Overtime required. Personal suitability: Accurate. Client focus. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Flexibility. Team player. Time management. Experience: Experience an asset. Support for newcomers and refugees: Recruits newcomers and/or refugees who were displaced by a conflict or a natural disaster (for example: Ukraine, Afghanistan, etc.) . Support for youths: Offers on-the-job training tailored to youth.
