Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Supervise other workers. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Work with minimal supervision. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Work under pressure. Weight handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs). Personal suitability: Dependability. Initiative. Judgement. Organized. Reliability.
