Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars and conferences. Schedule and confirm appointments. Manage contracts. Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Answer electronic enquiries. Respond to employee questions and complaints. Order office supplies and maintain inventory. Arrange travel, related itineraries and make reservations. Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas. Type and proofread correspondence, forms and other documents. Provide customer service. Computer and technology knowledge: MS Office. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Transportation/travel information: Own transportation. Personal suitability: Ability to multitask. Excellent oral communication. Excellent written communication. Team player. Client focus. Reliability. Time management. Dependability. Screening questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work?.
