Evaluate construction projects when modifying commercial, transportation or recreational facilities and real estate. Evaluate the operations of facilities and the included real estate. Identify customers' needs . Oversee the preparation of reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Plan and organize construction projects. Plan and organize the operations of the facilities and the included real estate. Prepare reports and statistics related to areas of responsibility. Read blueprints to determine dimensions of structure or system and material requirements. Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service. Estimate costs of installing and maintaining equipment or service. Develop and implement schedules and procedures for safety inspections and preventive maintenance programs. Direct the maintenance and repair of an establishment's machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the installation, maintenance and repair of real estate infrastructures including machinery, equipment and electrical and mechanical systems. Oversee the leasing of space in the facility and the included real estate and the development of marketing strategies. Resolve product and service related problems. Troubleshoot problems related to equipment. Organize and maintain inventory. Utilize hand and power tools. Enforce environmental, fire safety and accident prevention regulation. Ensure construction plans meet guidelines and specifications of building codes and other regulations. Type of service and repair: Electrical control system.
